How quickly can you attend?

Most appointments are available within the same week, and refrigeration is placed ahead of every other category because the contents of the appliance are at risk. An arrival window is confirmed when you book, so no one is asked to wait in for a full day.

What is the likely cost?

The majority of repairs fall between $180 and $450 with the part and the labor taken together, and sealed-system refrigeration work sits higher because of the refrigerant involved and the certification needed to handle it. Starting prices are published for every common problem, and your own price is confirmed in writing before anything is opened.

Which manufacturers do you service?

Twenty-four, ranging from Wolf, Thermador, La Cornue, Monogram and Liebherr at the built-in end to Whirlpool, Maytag, GE, LG and Samsung in everyday kitchens. Every manufacturer has a page describing what it builds and how its appliances tend to fail.

Do you work on integrated and panel-ready appliances?

Yes. Refrigeration columns, wine cabinets, integrated dishwashers, wall ovens and undercounter units form a substantial part of our work, including the panel and hinge alignment that must follow any service to a door.

What warranty is provided?

Thirty days on our labor, recorded on your invoice, in addition to the manufacturer warranty on the part supplied. If the same problem returns within that window, we attend again at no additional cost.

Is the repair worth making?

We will tell you candidly. As a rule, once the repair would exceed half the cost of a comparable new appliance and the unit has passed about two thirds of its expected life, replacement is the better investment, and we prefer to say so rather than sell a part.
